Hey guys, well, after I suffered with muscle soreness from yesterday I learned a few things to make it less evident - but yeah, most of the time it is unavoidable…
First one is WATER.
Before, during and after - I did it today and I’m feeling great!
and the second one is STRETCHING.
I didn’t know this so pretty much everything hurts, but it actually helps very much. My limbs are not as sore, so I consider it SUCCESS!
